Turkey Breast Roast Cooking Instructions
HANDLING
- Keep frozen at 0°F until ready to use.
- Do not remove bag for thawing or cooking.
- Roast may be cooked from either frozen or thawed state.
THAWING
- Refrigerator: 2-3 days at 36-40°F (5-6 hours per pound).
- Running water: Put under COLD running water 45 min/lb.
- Microwave: Remove metal clip from end. Defrost on microwavable tray per manufacturer’s directions.
ROASTING (Conventional or convection oven)
- DO NOT REMOVE BAG FROM ROAST!
- Place seam side down in shallow pan.
- Roast until the center reaches 165°F. Cooking times are as follows, shown in minutes per pound. Cooking times are approximate and may vary slightly due to oven type:

SLICING TIPS
- Let Roast stand 30 – 40 minutes before carving.
- Drain juices from bag (CAUTION:HOT!).
- Remove bag from roast.
- Carve into slices of desired thickness.
