Turkey Thigh Roast Cooking Instructions
HANDLING
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
- Do not remove bag for thawing or cooking.
- Roast may be cooked from either frozen or thawed state.
THAWING
- Refrigerator: 1-2 days (5-6 hrs/lb).
- Running water: Put under COLD running water for 4-5 hours (60 min/lb).
ROASTING (Conventional or convection oven)
- DO NOT REMOVE BAG FROM ROAST!
- Puncture bag in two places to allow for escaping steam.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Roast until the center reaches 165°F. Approximate cooking times are as follows (shown in hours):

SLICING TIPS
- Let Roast stand 20 -30 minutes before carving.
- Drain juices from bag (CAUTION:HOT!).
- Remove bag from roast.
- Carve crosswise into slices of desired thickness.
